Opinions on Muczynski Toccata

Muczynski's Toccata, Op.15.
What do you think of this piece?  Is it hard or easy compared to Beethoven Sonata Op.2 no.2?

I have heard someone play this at a recital and I would like to get a recording.  Whose do you recommend?  Thanks.
