Does anyone have any suggestions as to good software that I can use to assist me in creating policies for my studio?

Never heard of any. Check policies of other teachers on the web.

I was just at the Piano Education Web site, and they had a disk available for $49 or something.  It looked interesting. 8)

I felt Cakewalk pro pretty good to use , but it sucks actually .......... i cant use the pedal , dynamics, it is so unrealistic , but seems pretty enough for beginner
