more complex forms of popular music and jazz would naturally be expected.

my tastes are rather eclectic, and i can listen to quite a variety of popular music, if it does something for me/touches me in some way.

I mostly go for the late 60's and early 70's rock.  It doesn't get better than King Crimson, The Who, The Beatles, Frank Zappa, Yes, Van der Graaf Generator, and so on.  While I do like Jazz, I find that it strikes me as repetitive if I listen to too much of it.

I'm a mild fan of rock music, esp Franz Ferdinand and the Chili Peppers.

I've always liked jazz too.

I have a big crush on The Flower Kings right now. The last one was Genesis.
