i little bit confuse about playing la plus que lente.. is it really slow? what is the suitable metronome for it?

quarter note ca. 132 (that's slow compared to many of chopins waltzes :D )

and how the tempomarking says: molto rubato con morbidezza !
If it doesn't work - try something different!
