this stuff is good.  u can put it in scrambled eggs and it makes it taste just a little bit more homemade.  kind of like vanilla.

Liquid smoke on eggs?  Sick.   :P   Why not just use the greasy pan that you already fried your bacon and sausage in?  It'll taste "homemade" enough.

well, it's not sick when u use a blender.  you crack 3-4 eggs, pour a little tiny bit of liquid smoke, a little dab of mustard, and a touch of soy sauce.  then, after browning the chopped sausage and onions - pour it into the hot pan and scramble it up.  a little bit of cheese and voila...really great eggs.  i learned this from my hubby.

liquid smoke is actually what it says it is. It's just made by burn woodchips and the condensing the smoke into a liquid form. i love the smell of it.   I use it in barbeque sauce and basically just barbeque sauce. But it really makes me sick when people but it on everything or hot sauce on everything.

my sister's boyfriend puts hot sauce on his eggs, a standard procedure but still...   :P
i'm not asian
