This is a guy that is suffering form Elephantiases, it causes the limbs, penis and scrotum to swell up tremendously..This disease is the laughinf joke of many a immature collge frat, but is very seriouse...

for a minute i thought that was another of thal's pictures. 

so sorry about the swelling.  isn't there anything one can do?  is it a genetic thing that just causes them to have to have things surgically removed when they become too large?

  The swelling can get much. much worse... So bad that I have read of accounts of a man having to put his scrotum in a wheel barrow.. Its not genetic, its caused by a parasite I dont remember which one though, the good thing is that it is getting extremely rare to get it thanks to eradication efforts.

yes.  i didn't get that one either.  can someone explain it?  i'm really confused.  i hate being in a state of confusion.  either mac dowell is a super sentai (as youcall them) or he's just 'kicked butt' and trying to look all innocent.  that's exactly the look my son has on his face when he's completely rerouted the computer lines.

or...or jake hates macdowell.  i finally got that. 

It's not Macdowell. It's Scriabin.

That is a dog.  And it is the world's ugliest.  It won an award.  It was in the news earlier this year.
