harder than FI, easier than rach's concerto
Bach - Partita No.2
Scriabin - Etude 8/12
Debussy - L'isle Joyeuse
Liszt - Un Sospiro

Goal:
Prokofiev - Toccata

Revolutionary: Grade 8+ (ABRSM)
FI - Grade 8+ (ABRSM)
Rach - Very advanced.

Best wishes,
Bernhard.

It depends on if you are right or lefthanded.

This is one those pieces that have been recorded many times but still without the ultimate recording ( like Gould´s recording of the Goldberg variations)

Heard Friedman´s recording  but I think   it´s too fast and not my cup of tea.

 Dear Bradley:
(...)1 being mary had a little lamb and 10 being rach 3(...)
This is the most brilliant rank label that I've ever seen. It reminds a Woody Allen text, Spring Bulletin:
"Musicology III: The Recorder. The student is taught how to play 'Yankee Doodle' on this end-blown wooden flute and progress rapidly to the Brandenburg Concertos. Then slowly back to 'Yankee Doodle'."
Serious: both pieces are quite similar in difficulty.
 Best wishes!

the ultimate recording ( like Gould´s recording of the Goldberg variations)

Very discutable...
