i just did a mind-draining-memory-effective-sort-of-stupid practice for this movement.hahaha. since they were all running 8ths in parallel motion (octave) for both hands...
i played the RH one 8th note AHEAD of the LH from beginning to end at M.M. 100=quarter. then i tried two 8th notes AHEAD of the LH, and this was a little more difficult.
then i did the opposite.. this time the LH plays one 8th note AHEAD of the RH. then i also tried two 8th notes AHEAD of the RH.
it sure helped me a lot to play A TEMPO without stopping.

tomorrow i shall try 3 notes ahead, then 4, then 5... hahaha. it sure is fun to challenge the mind!
