Anyone own an Ibanez JEM? (Steve Vai collection)

I've fell in love with this guitar (and its many forms and paintjobs) and I'm considering purchasing one in the near future, if my wallet allows.

Anyone ever play one? Anyone own one?

No, but now I am going to assume something about the thing you want to know.

If you want to buy a new guitar then first you make a list of things you need or want on a guitar. Then you just need to go to several shops and try out those guitars in the buget. And then you buy the one you like the most after playing.

I don't know if you played these series of guitars yet but I suggest you buy a guitar based on how they play rather than how they look or who endoreses them or what brand it is.

I didn't really want to know anything, I was just curious about people's opinion on the guitar and the fruitcake/genius who endorses it.

Obviously I've played it before if I'm considering shelling out $2,000 USD for it.  ::)

That would be kind of silly otherwise, ne?

They are actually very beautiful guitars, both to the ear and the eye.

Me az got a "lucille" and that is heaven to play.

Regretfully, it has been resting in my loft until i regain interest.

Can't leave my banjo alone at the moment.
