Hello,
I'm looking for suggestions of pieces to work on this semester. I am already working on Rachmaninoff's Etude-tableaux Op. 33 No. 7 in G minor.

I am interested in playing Scarlatti's Sonata in B minor L.33-Kk 87 but I'm not sure how difficult it will be.

Some past repertoire I've played:
- Bach Inventions (various)
- Beethoven Sonata in E Major
- Chopin Etude No. 2 - from Three New Etudes
- Debussy "The Sunken Cathedral"
- Rachmaninoff Prelude Op. 32 No. 10 in B Minor
- Tchaikovsky "April" from the Seasons

I will probably want 2-3 other pieces to study. I'd like some contrast to the Rach. etude and the Scarlatti, they are both quiet and serene.

This semester I will also be working on some accompaniments. One is a Handel flute sonata. I think this will be a challenge, so a Baroque piece is already covered.

Any suggestions?

Go ahead with K87. It's a lovely work and easy for you, considering your level.
