Hey I think this is the best Chopin playing I've ever seen on youtube by someone so young!!! And this is not just technique but he has amazing maturity for a 7 year old  :o.

Amazing playing! How does one get to that level of playing at such a young age?

He must have been infused with the soul of a departed concert pianist. ;)
