Greetings.

A topic becomes sticky once someone spils something sticky on it.

Why do you care about the forum ranks?  It's not like you get advantages.

I think that the sticky topic business falls under the jurisdiction of Nils.

i think we should have moderators and more admins. i disagree with teh fact that one man runs it all. its like a dictatorship. teamwork is a much more profitable option.

Teamwork? Just what kind of teamwork is possible, especially in a forum like this. Teamwork is apt to succumbing to emendations in the constitution, proposed entirely by the forum administrators, a protocol if you will. Team members will ultimately succumb to bending the rules for their own sake, whilst a single moderator will keep the forum as in "should" be. I am against of said policies that ultimately dissipate the forum and it's natural informational variety. If the desuetude of such forum rules that are supposed to be active actually dismantles, as some members proclaim should, the forum would turn boring.

actually, having one man as the manager creates more problems of power than having a team manage it. think of it like government. a dictator can do practically whatever he wants and has no one else to get into his way. on the other hand, a government with many members can regulate itself. for example, if a member bends the rules, the other members could keep him/her in check, and ultimately the head of the government. its like comparing george bush's regime (i know, bad example) to the dictatorship of fidel castro. by the way, i have nothing against you, nils.
