My japanse isn't that good.

The first guy, I think this is what he is saying, in romaji:

Daikei gakyu tsukai ya arende. Shikujigi kuseki no matsu sushi matsumo doitoi sushui chuu daidashite juu yo.

It means:
Number one game show
gaki no tsukai yarahen de! (name of the show)
Chiki chiki (slang for chick? maybe)
A miracle of the master of black magic
Hitoshi Matsumono(name of the host), underwater escape illusion (iruushon)

Actually, it is all on the bottom of the screen. I see it now.
