Mozart

Hello

I'm after some background information on two of Mozart's pieces:
Zwolf Variationen uber "Ah, vous dirai-je, Maman"
Sonata for piano and violin in B-flat major K.378 1st movement

I played piano for many years but haven't done so for a while - I have to write a document containing info about these two pieces and thought here would be a good place to start! Have had a quick look on the net but didn't find much. If anyone could help that would be fantastic.

Thanks

i'll look for stuff on the net.  it's probably better to go to a music library - but i haven't time today.  there's journal articles in the periodicals that are often quite interesting.  also, mozart and his father kept quite a bit of correspondence, so he is one of the few 'classic' composers (as you probably know) that wrote some things about his own music for us to read.
