Greetings.It is for real. This guy was presented on "Ripley's believe it or not" series. The "5"th finger(his 6th is the pinky) is practically interconnected with the 4th so when the 4th one moves so does the 5th. If you thought that the 4th finger was difficult to work with, it will be that much harder for him.

Even If he could develop his fingers( He may be able to, but it will be alot of work and even then he may nto be able to succesfully move them.) the piano is meant for 5 fingers so his extra fingers are going to bother actually.
