ok.  so she got to ride the schoolbus.  she's a woman of the world now.  (and, she won't take off her bus tag).

I have heard that some women get dementia in their 40's.

it's a problem alright.  i try to get therapy for free online here.  part of my problem is the delay tactics of the school.  yes.  give the kindergarteners here 1/2 day while those ones in philadelphia get all day.  is this fair.  why should i pay for taxes that only pay for 1/2 day when someone 30 miles away is getting all day.  who makes these decisions.  i plan to ask the next mayor about that one.

*secretly, i'm ok with it.  espceially considering she sort of worried a little when i left.  i didn't turn around which made me feel like aterrible mom.  maybe i should have walked backwards and blown kisses like the 20 year old mom next to me.

I was just looking for a smiley to describe this thread, but realized there was absolutely none that possibly fit the melange of emotions that I registered.

What do you mean "some women"?  How dare you discriminate!  :)

Umm.  How could you tell?

Very difficult to tell, as the chemical complexities of women result in strange behaviour most of the time.

i'm not sure kindergarten is good for children anymore.  she came home doing the 'thbblllhhhh' thing with her tongue.  i guess that's allowed.  i asked, 'didn't the teacher say that was not allowed?'  she shrugged and i guessed that maybe that was the only thing they could get away with.  if it were me - everyone would have been in the corner the first day.  i'd just sit and eat their lunches.

it either means one or two children got away with it - or the whole class was doing it at the end of the day.  sticking their tongues out and making spit-vibrations.  i have no idea of the decorum of this class - but it hit me that the teacher was in her 50's and maybe took a nap during afternoon kindergarten.
