In the Statisics part, you can see the top/popular threads and people.

In each board, you can sort the threads different ways -- by date, by poster, by replies, etc.  Just click on the the words in the headings just above the threads.

You mean like "God sucks", "America is for retards" or "Mozart is dead"? That last one might just turn out to be interesting in the right hands; remember the young firebrand Boulez publishing that damning article "Schönberg is dead" (meaning "dead in the water" as distinct from just plain dead) in 1952 ?...

Anyway, God isn't for retards; God is for "pianistimo" (no offence intended!)...
