P22 or U1?

I am going to buy either a new Yamaha P22 for $6000 CAN or a 20 year old (aprox) Yamaha U1 for $5000 CAN. The U1 looks brand new and sounds very good to me, but I am not very experienced. They are both in the same well reputed Yamaha store. The new P22 comes with a full 10 year warranty but the used U1 only comes with a 3 year warranty. Any suggestions? I have to decide very soon so I would appreciate some quick replys. Thanks!! :)
