Instructors on Long Island.
on: September 09, 2006, 12:40:16 AM
Are there any phenomenal instructors on Long Island? Preferably in Suffolk county, though Nassau is do-able.
Someone with enough knowledge and experience to train an advanced student, but who also has an encouraging temperament?

Nearest I've got is Brooklyn -- my own teacher. As for distance -- I travel 2.5 hours for a lesson, and worth every second of it.
