This is a hard one beacause both recordings are super IMO.
What do you think?

I'd prefer Zimerman and Karajan because there is Zimerman and karajan.
I think the former brings out more of Schumann's essence, than the latter, which shows more personal interpretation.

i hate this concerto, but if i had to choose a favorite performer, i would choose zimerman.

frankly I wouldn't listen to either of these recordings. For me there is only one Schumann concerto and that is Fiorentino's version.

Made a Liszt. Need new Handel's for Soler panel & Alkan foil. Will Faure Stein on the way to pick up Mendels' sohn. Josquin get Wolfgangs Schu with Clara. Gone Chopin, I'll be Bach
