how do i finger this...?
on: September 21, 2006, 01:37:35 AM
My teacher is out of town so I j ust wanted to ask more experienced pianists how I would finger the following:
A F C Bb A F C Bb CFA(Inverted F major Chord). All descending except the last chord. They are 8th notes btw.

It's awkward for me to move from the last Bb up to the F chord unless I use my left hand for the Bb. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!  :)

Greetings.

I am sorry to go off topic, but did your forum name come out of Hamlet?

I don't exactly undestand your question. For which hand are the notes written?

Yes, it is from Hamlet. I was in high school at the time I created this user name and i thought it was cool. Now it's the name i'm stuck with until I re-register    ::)

It is for right hand. By descending I mean descending in pitch. The last 3 notes written together without a space is a chord. Sorry, I didn't know how to explain it.

Thanks.

If the chord is above the last Bb:
3 2 1 4 3 2 1 2 145
3 2 1 4 3 2 1 2 135

If the chord is below the last Bb:
3 2 1 4 3 2 1 4 123
3 2 1 4 3 2 1 5 124
Made a Liszt. Need new Handel's for Soler panel & Alkan foil. Will Faure Stein on the way to pick up Mendels' sohn. Josquin get Wolfgangs Schu with Clara. Gone Chopin, I'll be Bach
