Any advise? And what is the name for this, a trill?
Thanks!

first, the fingering.
for me, i'd try in the rh 15,25...35,15...14,24...15,35
or 35,25... 35,15
as the rh is in the bass clef and dealing with C#'s everywhere - the fingering has to be flexible, right? it looks like an alberti bass in the rh.

lh 1,3,2,1 - 5,4,3,2 - 1,3,2,1 - 5,4,3,2 ... (like you are dusting off each key)
sometimes - only getting set up for the next series takes one finger change. in scarlatti, i found out that VERY FAST repeated notes need no (or very few) finger changes. but, for something like this - i think finger changes are good.
sorry i said slow. i meant slow in comparison with presto.

Thank you pianistimo
And do you have some more advise for practising the right hand. Presumably you are going say just relax
And why the finger changes on the same note?
Thank you

maybe in rhythms? you can vary them into 'sections' of three or four notes. say pause on the first note and then play the next three very quickly - repeat.
the reason i prefer the changing fingers in the lh is that it is easier to prepare for the next fifth with a comfortable finger.
