I assume that is a Beethoven's piano quintet, but I don't know the piece. Anyway, to be able of playing in a chamber ensamble, while reading the score, shows over average qualities.

I'm not going to defend anyone..but no matter who's in office they will get criticized....how could anyone at all really want to be president?    no matter what you do, people will blame everything on you!    How could any one person make as many decisions as they have to do and get them all correct?      Most of us can't handle our busy lives----imagine if you had the whole world on your shoulders.

I actually can imagine having that job.  I have no doubt that a lot of people would object to many of my decisions too, but I also wouldn't have the entire world opinion turned against us, I can guarantee that much.  I mean even Canadians are disgusted with US policies!  What does that say?

With all due respect for anyone who wishes to support our current president in any way, I can only say with absolute conviction that diplomacy didn't not fail George W. Bush.  The fact of the matter is that George W. Bush failed miserably at diplomacy and continues to do so with every passing day.

I will agree with you that the world's problems are humungous.  However, the problems of the Middle East, terrorism, and irate states like Iran and Korea are the least of the problems.  They are the least, not in that they are not important, but in that they can be managed by intelligent diplomacy.

The real problems for the human race as a whole are being completely ignored and brushed under the carpet in favor of economics.  Of course, that will probably continue to happen no matter who we have for president.  But the human problems of not being able to get along with other major countries are actually petty in comparison.

Yes, I believe I could handle foreign affairs quite efficiently.  Of course, it would have been much easier prior to invading Iraq which I was vehemently against at the time it happened.  But even if I had to take the reins now I believe I could turn things around.  It would just required a whole lot more work now.  It would probably take an entire 4-year term just to calm things down at this point.  And then I'd only be back to the initial square one where Bush had originally started.  I'd need a whole second 4-year term to actually implement the policies that should have been implemented the first time around.

Yes, I believe I could handle the job.  Do I really want it?  No, not really.  But if it were offered to me right now I'd have to take it just for the sake of the rest of the people on planet Earth.  I think Condi might actually be good to keep on, if she was willing to go along with the new approach.  I’d also get Colin Powell back in there too.  But I'd get rid of a lot of other yo-yo's.

It doesn't really matter much what I'd do.  I'll never be in that position anyway.  Right now I'm only in a position to complain.  Nothing more.  And that's a real shame actually, because if I were president foreign affairs would only be one small drop in the ocean of problems I would address.  I wouldn't do it all single-handedly, I would be using geniuses like Condi, Colin Powell, and a host of other brilliant people to actually do what needs to be done.  I would simply be the conductor of the beautiful symphony of world peace.
