Piano ouverture - Nozze di Figaro
on: September 30, 2006, 09:05:09 PM
Hi,
I have a new project in which I will play the piano. I will have to play the Ouverture, the duet and bariton pieces of the 'Nozze di Figaro' from Mozart. So the first 15min I guess.
Somebody who played the Ouverture on piano? Difficult?
Do you like the idea?
Thank you for the comments.
Ow yes, If you have sheet music of this already, please post this. Thx!

you mean the mozart -liszt transcription. you might try the nearest music library. i'll look on the internet.
busoni also has a fantasie on two motives.
apparently busoni discovered the liszt transcription while in germany.

No, I mean the piano reduction. I will do a recital with e female and a male singer. We will start the concert with the Ouverture (which I will play, the piano reduction), than followed by the det, and then the bariton piece.
I wondered if somebody played this, or had the sheets for this.
