It doesn't say which arrangement it is. Could be cello and piano? I don't know. I got my violin/piano version from Virtual Sheet Music site. They might also have Cello and Piano, but they charge for their sheet music.
The link I gave above is free.
But you'll have to download it to see which version it is.

But it's $2.99. That cheap enough, but perhaps you don't like buying things over the Interent. What do I know?
