Chopin ballade no.3
on: October 06, 2006, 12:42:04 AM
I'd like to play it and maybe do it as a Chopin for the competition as I'm not sure of the Chopin I want to play for the competition ... Do you think that piece is overplayed, played often but it's okay or w/e ?? Cause I didn't hear it played that much ...

I'd play it.

Its probly my favorite Chopin Ballade, and its not horrendously overplayed like the first one

Wow ... have you heard Rachmaninoff play it ? AMAZING ... I saw that Rach and Rubinstein played it in EXACTLY the same time (7:19)
