(Opus numbers)
7, 10#3, 27#1, 27#2, 28, 31#2, 53, 57, 81a, 101, 106.
I know, I know - that's more than 1/3 of his piano sonatas.

I would cast my vote for op. 111. That makes it 4 so far.

all the ones in minor keys - me likey dramatic beethoven.
favourite sonata on a whole - appasionata, i even love a rock version i heard of the finale.
But the best movement from any beethoven sonata has to be the finale of the moonlight, whoa! this is the movement that got me into piano music. its the most visceral and exciting thing ive ever heard by a pre-romantic composer.

What was beethoven's own favourite?
I've heard conflicting reports of it being appassionata or hammerklavier.

Op.13 (my top favourite)
Op.27 No.2
Op.81a
(the above three pieces were those that Artur Rubinstein changed my attitude toward the piano from abhorrence to passion)
Op.27 No.1
Op.31 No.2
Op.53
Op.57 (another favourite)
Op.106
