now, after 24 hours - how is it going?  did you stay up all night?  or must you wait for a tuner?  ten years old isn't bad - as long as it wasn't a practice piano.  i don't like it when they reach the loose and wobbly stage.  where the keys actually move sideways.  and the action is too 'broken in.'

my kawaii studio upright was furniture for 8 years.  i bought it from an elderly lady at an estate sale.  she couldn't use it anymore - and wanted to find someone who would.  it was barely played.  she had the original papers and key for the lid.  also, kept it tuned.
