Greetings.
If you are looking for pieces which feature scales running up and down both hands, then I am afraid, you are looking at a piece called "scales in all keys".
Joking aside, a piece in which there is nothing but scales isn't really a piece, but scales themselves. However, alot of Czerny works are based on scales and alternating hands. Some etudes feature scale runs in both hands with changing tonalities. I am working on several Moszkowski etudes right now and I can say that all of them have some form of scale runs(some scales are pure scales). My best is Czerny, if all you need is just pure scale runs.
Best.
