fog after concentrating
on: October 23, 2006, 01:57:29 AM
I just went through a lot of music. Sight-reading.
Immediately after, my brain is in a fog. Not totally bad -- I had a narrow lazer of focus, but I was also zoned out.
Is there a way to manage that? A way to deal with it? Overcome it even?
Practice of course. I have my own ideas, but I want others.
