Does this have a German name??

I have several scores by this composer, but all the titles are German.

I think that is the German name for it,but here are some clues,i hope they help.
It starts out with tremolo like broken f octaves (if that sounds right) then goes down to D then D sharp, then hits an high f octave chord. It does this  a few times. Then it goes into chords and it's like in 3/4(sounds like a waltz) time i believe. It may be in Bflat, unsure  :-\.
Hope my clues helped.

Thank you my little cuckoo clock, that was helpfull.

Instromp - I is gonna do a trade for this score, but i will get it for you. Probably be a couple of days.

I have got a massive book on oesten, but the score you want ain't in it.

Never fear, Thali never gives up.

I am gonna do a trade with a collector to get the score for you, I don't want anything from you in return.

Unless, that is you can fix me up with one of those cuties from your school ;D

Collecting scores is like waiting for a bus.

Nothing happens for ages, then 3 turn up at once.

First, one drops through my letterbox on Tuesday and then 2 appear on another site.
