If "Sleigh Ride" is part of Christmas Festival, it is published by Belwin Mills.

Or at least, mine was.

Actually, "Sleigh Ride" is a totally separate Christmas piece written by Anderson. I'll check the publisher though and see if they've published any of Anderson's other music.
