Where is this? I'd lke to go.
Uhhhh........I don't think anyone of u guys live in Dubai, U.A.E....
Well, as for the program being too deep or advanced, I could replace the Kreisleriana with Fasschingschwank aus Wien Op.26. I was inclined to do Schubert's wanderer, but I haven't touched that in a year and really don't have much time to polish it up for performance.
How about Mendelssohn fantasy in F-sharp minor? The third movement will get them jumping around... Really I need suggestions from these works:
Mendelssohn Fantasy
Schumann Op.26
Schumann symphonic etudes
Beethoven sonatas (Op.10/3, Tempest, Appassionata, 109, 110) + Op.77 G minor fantasy
As for the Britten, I could replace it with Granados' Goyescas. I wish i knew Ginestra's, but I don't and really don't have that much time...
The audience are mostly really well educated people who are all Classical music buffs (in Dubai, the entire classical music clan

is like 100 people at most). There's gonna be lots of teachers who listen to anything, but the kids....
