This guy is amazing!! Wish I had the gymnastic skills to do some of those tricks - I couldn't even do a hand stand when I was little!

Me and my friend were searching for Parkour videos on youtube after watching District 13 (awesome film btw) and found some tutorials by a guy called Dogen, and he had many examples from Anis so I looked him up and found some good stuff!

that's actually quite beautiful and impressive to watch.  if you watch closely, it's not really about kick boxing.  it's ballet sideways.
