Alexandrov Elegy Op. 82

I have a little problem with this part here. Don't really know what to do actually and wich hand play what etc. Especially measure 2...And measure 4; the G# D# isn't the melody right?
Edit: Just measure 2 is confusing me actually  ;D

Are you playing this voluntarily, or are you forced to play it?  ;D 8)
If it doesn't work - try something different!

For measure 2, you must play the A that's in treble clef AND the upper chord of the bass clef(A and E), both with right hand, then at natural G play it with your left hand, while your right hand plays the E octave.
