It sounds like ersatz Mahler. Intrigued by your query I watched this on youtube, hoping for more info; sure enough the info blurb said that this clip was taken from the documentary "Trinity and Beyond" . A visit to IMDB (Internet Movie Database) gave me the answer to this question, I believe....
