Probably a recording software

Audacity or Krystal

and a mic
Bach - Partita No.2
Scriabin - Etude 8/12
Debussy - L'isle Joyeuse
Liszt - Un Sospiro

Goal:
Prokofiev - Toccata

Recording software like Audacity.

Cable to connect digital piano to computer sound card.   Sound card is probably 1/8" or "mini" connector.  Digital may be 1/4" TS left and right or maybe RCA.
Made a Liszt. Need new Handel's for Soler panel & Alkan foil. Will Faure Stein on the way to pick up Mendels' sohn. Josquin get Wolfgangs Schu with Clara. Gone Chopin, I'll be Bach

you need a mid cable and a computer program that will write music..there are many out there...   i use "piano suite" but it's geered more toward simple composing....i have a new one also i haven't used yet, it's loaned out and I don't remember the name...

You haven't specified weather you want a audio recording or a MIDI recording.  For MIDI, you need a MIDI cable and some sort of interface to plug it in your computer if your sound card doesn't have such an port.

With MIDI and a keyboard using notation software like Finale or Sibelius can be really useful.
