Liszt Concert Paraphrase of Rigoletto

How hard is this piece compared with Reminiscences of Don Juan and Balakirev's Islamey? (I may be completely ignorant about this, but I've always had the impression that its watered down technically compared to both of the aforementioned pieces.)

Rigoletto is MUCH MORE easier than Islamey and Don Juan..

Islamey is just an etude on steroids, truly.

Don Juan rules, in my opinion (H).

Rigoletto is easier than both, definately.
