I need a pro to confirm a piece!!!
on: November 19, 2006, 01:43:07 PM
See, I have visited a website that offers 'simple' versions of sheet music(its public domain, of course) and they provided a version of Chopin's Grande Valse Brilliente. I have attached it below. Can anyone tell me if the score is an original or a simple version?

Thanks,

The typset on those files is not really great. Best find the same files at sheetmusicarchive.net or piano.ru

And yeah, the 2nd waltz in the 2nd file is only about 50% there. Or less.

Click on the little Union Jack, and it turns into English.

Well, most of it. You can at least get to the composer. From there though, most of it is guess-and-check.

Fortunately, there are no limits on how many you can download.

its not guess and check. move your mouse over the link, and, atthe lower lieft of your browser, you can see the target URL of the link, which should end with the name of the piece, in english, not cyrillic. hope this helps.
