Weird thingy (I don't know what its called)

Why is there a weird thing beside the repertoire link on my screen? Its different from the rest. It looks like a blue slashed triangle. Wondering whether everyone else has it too.

I think that that symbolizes that you haven't made a responce in either the board or it's subboard lately.
