Thanks, Mr. Alistair Hinton, for the link to your berth on the Sorabji Forum -- it was embedded and enmeshed in some extraordinarily obtuse postings dealing with Pentecostal prosthetics and St. Paul's preference for predatory pronouncements -- all instigated by our mutual friend from Pennsylvania, if I remember correctly . . .
I ain't Horowitz, but I can navigate some thorny stuff by Chopin, Liszt, etc. Would you be kind enough to recommend an introductory Hinton score for solo piano? Great to see that Altarus is recording your works. My credit card is out and waving in the direction of Amazon.com, as I speak.

Thank you for your enquiry. Since you ask, may I suggest my third piano sonata and, for a transcription, the one of the second movement of Schumann's second sonata?
My email address (as on the site) is
sorabji-archive@lineone.net
I should point out immediately, however, that I am not in a position to send any of my scores electronically, but the two about which you ask are supplied as photocopies on A3 paper, ring-bound (as per the site).
Yes, Altarus has done some very fine things for my work and is also unique in its contribution to the Sorabji cause. We actually supply all Altarus recordings from here; if you'd like to send me an email, I can send you a current catalogue. Depending on where you are located, Amazon may turn out to be cheaper for you - I cannot say. We no longer take credit cards (far too expensive over here now) but we do accept PayPal.
Best,
Alistair
