I need to know who composed this song::

I have a CD coming out and I need to the rights to release the song called "Romantic".  I believe it came from an old dos-based computer game but I can't remember where I've heard it.

You might try contactng ASCAP or BMI in NYC (I think they are both based here.)  They handle permissions for copyrighted works and might be of some help.
