Hi, this is the first time I record anything, I recorded more pieces but it's a bit of a problem to post them here, I could give you the link to where I have posted but as it's against the rules you could ask via Pm or mail.

Have only been working on articulation. Listen to version B and C in this regard.

Version D and E have pedal and some interpretation but that hasn't been worked on much. Really not much at all.
The piano is a Yamaha C5 (not mine, I wish).

Greetings,
Ary

Good work! Just one thing bothers me. I don't hear the first two notes of the right hand at the beginning of most upward arpeggio movements. And i admit that i don't feel like practicing this without pedal :P Respect!

PS  welcome on pf! :)

Very nice!

The recording quality is also very good... It was like you were playing the Piano in my room! (Also, I noticed the sound of the pedal  :D )

Thanks for the comments.
Thanks for the welcome pianowolfi.
What version did you listen? I'll look into it with care so I can detect what you're saying about the right hand. Later on, when I study the interpretation, each note the fifth finger hits will be accentuated. This is not common, since most pianists (better said, all the recordings I have heard) only accentuate when descending but never while ascending as well. To me the melody starts while ascending: ta ta ta tá (top note) ta ta ta.
Remind I have been working on articulation alone, and I'm quite happy with the results, to me the most articulate version is Ashkenazy's and I think I will achieve that level (in some years) but for now this is better than I expected. I intend to study in profoundity each element and really feel like I'll master the instrument, it will take some years but that's natural since I'm a student  :)

Maybe later I'll post more recordings (the same day it was that I recorded it all), but again, only articulation has been worked. Only on the improvisations there is expression (but articulation keeps being the main concern in my mind while played).

So far I'm really liking this forum, nice recordings! Only listened to a few but there's some good stuff.
Greetings,
Ary

I listened to B,C,D and E it is in all versions more or less. Most in the B version. Thumb and pointer might play stronger after the massive bass notes.

Hi Aryreisin,
This sounds very fast to me but well controlled. I have played this many times but I don't think I ever made that speed. I heard B, C, and E. Practicing without pedal allows you to check for clarity and evenness. You sure don't have trouble in that area. Recording E was far more musical of course not just because of added pedal but because you had some dynamics and nuances in tempo. Sounds like it's ready to put in your performance rep.

When you have a piece at this stage, how do you maintain it and keep it fresh for performance? I had trouble with consistency if I played my pieces too often at tempo so I played them slowly. Do you have any problems that way?

Thank you, I enjoyed your playing very much,
jozart

It was very nice. I didn't here the first two notes in the right hand, and it's a little detached, but other then that it was very nice.
