Tchaikovsky Competition - When is it?

It's supposedly every 4 years...so it should be held in 2006.

Unfortunately the website you gave was the offical website for the Tchaikovsky Competition. There is also an official site for the upcoming competition in 2007. You can switch it to english. Here it is.
