Depends on what do you want to achieve, what pieces you want to be able to play.

Well I'm not that much into the classical I just want to play some songs from my favorite band Evanescence I attached sheet music from one the songs which looks to be the easiest to play.

I cannot really answer your question. I usually recommend taking lessons with a teacher, which will give you the most efficient way to reach your goals. The great danger of self teaching is that you might develop bad habits which will be very hard to overcome once you want to advance somewhere beyond Pop-music.

So in case money wouldn't matter  ;) i'd say buy a grand or upright piano get a (good) teacher and you will be able to play all of Evanescence in the shortest possible time. Maybe someone else can give you a book recommendation if you can't or don't want to afford a teacher.

Regards

I'm sure loads of people will come up with Chang's book to read, which is great for technique and practice methods, but doesn't actually teach you about music. I'll post it here, but you'll have to see about theory of music and sight-reading.
