Greetings.
Oh what not getting along with someone?
In my opinion men are more competitive whilst women aren't. That naturally leads to violence on some level and competition. Women certainly differ with men, with women relying more on the nuance of expression and whilst men rely more on direct expression, usually via talking loudly.
Concerning the probability of females actually getting more angry at each other than boys do, I really don't know the true answer, but would guess that they equal out quite roughly.

Yes. I won't say that it is 'normal' but it it at least 'more normal'.

Girls are chemically imbalanced which can cause anger.

Another inappropriate reply...
I would imagine that girls and boys get angry as much as each other, but express it differently. As someone said, men are more competitive in the way of being better than someone at something, faster, more muscular, what have you, and can oftern end up having a brutal fight. Once it's over, they almost always get back together and are normal friends again.
Now girls do it differently. They are far nicer on an everyday level, but if they are annoyed at someone, they won't come out with it up front, but spend ages "b itching" about each other, not speaking to each other for ages, etc. Might sound a bit harsh, but I speak from boarding school experience, and our matron, mother herslef, says the same, that girls will just go on and on and never stop and give up on ranting about a tiny little thing.
Some people bring it down to basic sexuality: the male needs to impress the females quickly in order to reproduce, the females need to make sure their opponent isn't too powerful and spend loads of time looking at each other (yes, girls look at girls as much as boys do) and are especially irritable over their period.
Next point of view...
