Ahhh piantisimo will be back in a few days just watch. Shes totally hooked on PF.

Thal on the other hand, I suppose he was fun, he provied us with countless amounts of sheet music which i appriacate. But he seems to have a little more self control then piantismo.

Quite a lot. Pianistimo has also become a piano forum god, and now she says shes leaving!!!

And Bernhard disappeared in september.

Thal seems pretty fed-up with PS.

hmm.  i wouldn't go that far.   but, alas - one person must suffer. so it must be i.  being the humble and spiritual person that i am.  thal is probably much more knowledgeable than me in many things (excepting mountain climbing) where he will obviously run out of oxygen at 5000 ft.  mark my words.  he will be flat on his back gasping and getting pulmonary edema  and guess what.  the only cure for that is oxygen (and iv's).

Because I didn't see any hints in this direction, I'll write it myself:

Bernhard might be writing a book. And when he finishes it, of course he will be back. How much time would it take him to write it? He only has to copy and paste.

writing a book, ehh.  so that's what he's been up to.  and, all this time i was worried he was passing me up in piano technique.  i thought for sure - the next thing he would do is post in the audition room.  but, i love books, too.  and, for posting on pianoforum so much i am wondering if writing is my passion more than practice.  but, one has to practice to play on stage - and playing on stage is #1 for me.  then writing.  then practice.  i know.  way out of order. 

it's great to share information.  a friend of mine here is writing a book on conducting.  i can't wait to read it.  so much changes over time.  it is like piano technique, too.  there are faster ways to learn things nowdays.  and, creative solutions to problems that used to seem SOOO difficult.  you just learn a little trick to overcoming it and voila, weeks of practice taken off your hands.  i think it's worth paying a little extra to hear what a really great teacher has to say about 'whatever.'  i highly regard all the teachers at west chester university.
