Greetings.

Well, Pianistimo officially returned. Now it is only a matter of time before Thalbergmad makes an appearance on the forum.

he's trying to maintain appearances.  or non-appearances - as it may be.  i see him as a sort of 'thor' thundercloud right now.  notice - that i have not taunted him with bible verses  .  it's a new year.  i say - we all learn from past mistakes and move on.  i won't try to quote the entire bible in two threads.  safe passage.

Cunjures up a rather scary picture of Thal on one of his assorted mountains, complete with throne and flaming hammer...

There aren't that many mountains in Gravesend...

I'm sure that Thal will contribute further to this forum if, as and when he may feel ready and disposed to do so.

Best,

Alistair

it really has nothing to do with pianoforum.  he is busy working out.  madly.  in fact - if it weren't for his being on pianoforum occasionally - he'd be doing that full time.  he knows he can get back into shape to climb mt blanc - but there's a deadline.  he has made a list of things he cannot eat.  when he feels like eating is when he comes on here.  he is currently avoiding bread and jello snacks.  (i am not a psychic - but i do read minds like thal's).

i never said he was fat.  if he was a weightlifter before - it means he obviously has some muscle in there somewhere.  i think he will get into shape in time - but barely.  that is because habits are hard to break and pianoforum is a habit.  i mean - i'm trying to get back my piano practice time now.
