how do i turn cookies on?

this is a really basic question but I was wondering how i turn cookies on on my computer.

It depends on the type of browser you are using. In internet explorer you Click on Tools, and select Internet Options. Select the Privacy tab. It will show you a slider which you can adjust, depending on which cookies you want to enable. I hope this helps! ;D

Oh.  I got real excited.  I thought you meant chocolate chip. 

It's pretty much the same for Firefox, though.  Just go

Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies

Dress up a female cookie then slowly have it do a striptease.

You'll have no need for icing if ya do it right ;)
