Finzi Eclogue for Piano and Strings
on: January 22, 2007, 05:35:37 AM
Would be much obliged, adore this work
Full orchestra version would be preferable but piano alone is what I'm after.

Gerald Finzi? I think he's very much still under copyright.
Oh if you're the same person that asked me for that piece before, let me tell you that it's pretty much impossible to find also =/ None of my usual contacts have it, and I have a LOT of contacts XD

Hmmm then what was the Finzi piece I couldn't find? Some Piano+Orchestra thing from 2002-ish. Or maybe it was Luc Ferrari =/
Me in my old age; can't remember anything :O

I LOVE this piece!!!! I have the piano score and reduction too, but yes, it is under copyright.

I selected this piece to be played just before my vows at my wedding. The pianist provided me with a 2 page piano reduction from B/H. It is short but very pleasing and satisfying when I sit down at the piano. I would be happy to share it.
